Program scope
TurboProtest may use SMS or similar messaging to communicate about account setup, property intake, case progress, filing reminders, renewal notices, service alerts, invoices, payment reminders, referral activity, transfer updates, or promotional offers where permitted by law.
Consent to receive messages
By providing your mobile number and opting in through the website, intake forms, account settings, support interactions, or another valid method, you agree that TurboProtest may send messages to that number. Consent to receive marketing texts is not required as a condition of purchasing services unless permitted by law and clearly disclosed.
Types of messages you may receive
- account verification or onboarding messages;
- property-intake or document reminders;
- filing and deadline notices;
- status updates and customer-support messages;
- invoice, billing, or payment reminders;
- renewal or recurring-service notices; and
- promotional or referral-related messages where permitted by law.
Message frequency and charges
Message frequency may vary depending on your account activity, number of properties, support interactions, deadlines, renewals, and promotional participation. Message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless plan and carrier.
How to opt out or get help
You can usually opt out of recurring SMS messages by replying STOP. You may be able to get help by replying HELP where supported. Even after opting out of marketing texts, TurboProtest may still send certain non-marketing operational or legally required communications through other channels.
Carrier and delivery disclaimer
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to mobile-network availability, wireless coverage, device compatibility, and other factors outside TurboProtest's control.
Your responsibility for number accuracy
You agree to provide a valid number that you are authorized to use and to update TurboProtest if your number changes. TurboProtest is not responsible for messages sent to a number you previously provided if you fail to update your account information.
Changes, suspension, and termination
TurboProtest may change, suspend, or terminate its messaging program, message categories, sending frequency, or related terms at any time on a prospective basis. Participation may also end if your account is closed, you opt out, or applicable law changes.
